Every trip is fulfilled by suppliers such as resorts, cruise lines, and tour operators. Their terms, including deposit schedules, change fees, and cancellation windows, govern your booking.

We summarize the key terms in your proposal, and the full supplier terms are shared before you pay a deposit.

Deposits hold your booking and are often non refundable, as set by the supplier. Refund eligibility, where it exists, follows the supplier policy and the timing of your cancellation.

Where a planning fee applies, the amount is disclosed before any work begins.

Prices are quoted in good faith based on supplier availability at the time. Availability and price can change until a booking is confirmed and a deposit is paid.

You may pay by bank transfer or by card. The bank transfer price is a cash discount off the card price. It is never a card surcharge.
